Gerard and Geraldine Havasy are not just travelers—they are pilgrims, collectors, and storytellers. Their love for the Blessed Mother has taken them to Marian shrines, hidden churches, sacred relics, and apparition sites across six continents.

Geraldine started collecting Marian statues in 1958, inspired by her deep-rooted Catholic faith. What began as a small collection turned into a lifelong mission to document the different ways Mary is honored around the world.

Together, they have spent over 60 years building a one-of-a-kind Marian collection, discovering statues in remote villages, sacred monasteries, and even bustling city marketplaces. They have shared their discoveries through talks, presentations, and now this book—to inspire others to deepen their own devotion to Mary.

In later years, with encouragement from family and support from a granddaughter-in-law, experiences were compiled into the book Travels with Mary, Mother of God. Through this work, a profound love for Mary is shared to inspire others to explore the spiritual richness of Marian devotion. The story is their most personal and ambitious work, offering readers a glimpse into a life guided by faith, shaped by travel, and devoted to the Blessed Mother.

When they’re not traveling, the Havasys are active in their church community, sharing their experiences through writing, teaching, and faith-based discussions.
